To the best clients, a business could possibly have, our Animal Crackers family;
As many of you are aware, Governor Whitmer has issued a “shelter in place” policy for all non-essential businesses in Michigan. Unfortunately, dog grooming falls under this category. We have discontinued grooming until April 13th. However, dog boarding, daycare, and food sales are allowed. We understand that during this crazy time you may need to care for a sick family member or friend. We also understand that many of our clients are first responders, nurses, veterinarians, or work in jobs that are still considered essential. We don’t want you to stress or worry about your dog while you are working and taking care of the rest of us. As a result, we will continue to be open for daycare, boarding, as well as food sales. However, you will have limited time to pick up, drop off, and food sales. Our hours during this time will be from 7 am to 9 am and 5 pm to 7 pm every day. We will go back to our regular hours on April 13th.
Regarding grooming, we will be in touch with all clients who had a grooming appointment cancelled as a result of this policy. We are not taking any new grooming appointments until all cancelled appointments have been rescheduled. If you had an appointment that was cancelled, please be patient with us as we will eventually get with everyone to reschedule. If you did not have an appointment during this time, please understand that we will not be accepting any new appointment requests until April 6th. This should give us enough time to get everyone with a cancelled appointment a chance to reschedule.
